10 Minute HIT Workout: Legs and Core

Be honest: you know that you need to get up out of your chairs and get moving. This workout is only 10 minutes long, which is even shorter than some of Coach Floyd’s fitness days for PE 9! You can workout with me using the Nike Training app. This is honestly the best workout app I’ve ever used, so please check out their other workouts and programs for some incentive to stay active!
